Descriptions of services and digital products are provided in good faith. Specific engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which control over anything on this site. Digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Your Content and Uploaded Trainings
Some services, including the Church Continuity Platform™, allow a church or organization ("you") to upload content such as documents, media, and training materials. You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to that content, and you grant Jessica Shunta a limited license to host, store, and display it to your own members and users for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to upload content that infringes any third party's rights, violates any law, or is harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate. You agree to indemnify and hold Jessica Shunta harmless from any claim arising out of content you upload. We may review, and may remove or disable, any uploaded content that we believe violates these terms, on notice where practicable. Uploaded content, and any advice within it, is yours and does not represent the advice or endorsement of Jessica Shunta.
Uploaded content remains subject to any storage limits and supported formats stated for your plan. On request, and where you are in good standing, we will provide a reasonable export of your uploaded content.
Licensed Materials and Custom Trainings
Trainings, templates, workflows, and other materials that Jessica Shunta creates for or provides to you, including any custom training you purchase, are licensed to you, not sold. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, this license is for a single church or organization, is non-transferable, and does not permit reselling, redistributing, or sharing the materials with any other church or organization. Custom work is non-refundable once production has begun, because it is produced specifically for you. The specific scope, delivery, revisions, and any update rights for custom work are set out in your individual order.
Limitation of Liability
This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessica Shunta is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
